Job Purpose: Responsible for production process technologies for *** and PPCP on time, coordinate with a diverse set of cross-site technical contributors, including internal teams, manufacturing factory and vendors to successfully transition the design into high volume manufacturing
Key areas of accountability: Responsible for the group process of *** and PPCP; Support RFQ/RFS on scrap/efficiency/investment; Responsible for the group project efficiency, scrap, quality on target; Support production for Sub-cons on productivity and technical aspects; Advice on improvement activities of production related to quality & engineering. Transfer technical know-how and trouble shooting skills from Development to manufacturing. Assist mass production team to strengthen their trouble shooting skills and process engineering capabilities. Assist plants set up their process management system for engineering department to ensure quality products are delivered to our customer. Work with Process Engineers and Sub-cons to define line lay-out, line balancing, time study, manpower planning. Guide and support the competency development of all Process Engineers; Define continuous productivity improvement opportunities with Process Engineers and the action plan;
Job scope: Work with people across at all levels of the organization and external parties, lead a process and quality team on daily operations. Decisions are made with professional knowledge and have partly impacts to operations department. Tasks can be different and require prompt and accurate judgment.
Qualification: Academic / Professional Qualification: Min Engineering Degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Acoustical Working Experience: 5 years’ experience in related industry, preferably in speaker industry Expertise / Skills: Knowledge of problem solving tool like SE, DOE. Able to use CAD to design jigs & fixture. Language skills: Ability to converse in English Personal Attributes: Team player, clear and concise in communication, following up on details
