1. Coordinate with Director of Project Management and US Product Managers to determine and assess project needs.

3. Kick-off Meeting and Project Timeline development
4. Ongoing maintenance and updating of Google Project Management software (Smartsheets) and Development documentation maintenance and communication.
5. Ensure all departments working to meet common timeline.
6. Consistently follow up with different departments to make sure everyone is on the same page. Make sure all departments have the answers they need to move forward.
7. Maintain project through entire development process.
8. Follow up regarding customer needs & our ability to provide them.
9. Track project during production to guarantee on time with shipment.
10. Communicate daily with different departments, including but not limited to, product managers, designers, merchandisers, and safety / compliance.
11. Handle the constant changes & challenges on a daily basis with patience.
Requirements:
1. Degree Holder with at least 5 years relevant working experience
2. Experience with both of manufacturing and buying office is preferred.
3. Familiar with Plush toys.
4. Knowledge of EU/US testing requirements (EN71, ASTM, CPSIA, etc.)
5. Self-motivated, responsible, independent, hardworking, and willing to work under pressure.
6. Fluent written & spoken English, CET-6 or above, is preferred.
7. Proficiency in PC skills, like excel, word and PPT etc.
8. Excellent oral/written communication and listening skills.
