岗位职责：
1、作为工程技术窗口，在新产品导入阶段与研发部门检讨产品设计风险及可行性
2、拟定新产品工艺流程，确认工艺参数要求、生产设备/治具方案、测试标准及方法
3、产品设计资料的收集、审核、输出
4、试产各阶段组织评审会议，汇总设计、制程、来料问题并安排专项解决
5、协调研发、生产和质量部门，针对跨部门的技术和质量相关问题，讨论解决方案，给出办法并跟进执行

任职要求：
1, familiar with power manufacturing process
2, with strong know how about power/charger/adapter auto assembly line
3, familiar with 3C project NPI implement process and related documents released
4, With strong similar industry ME/EE knowledge
5, With more than 5 years 3C projects TPM experience
