About Us:

As our team expands, we are looking for a Marketing and Brand Manager who will not only lead our external branding and marketing efforts but also focus on strengthening our internal branding to enhance employee engagement and identification with our brand.

Job Summary:

The Marketing and Brand Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive branding and marketing strategies that align with our company's goals. This role includes enhancing our corporate identity, managing branding efforts, overseeing marketing campaigns, and ensuring a cohesive internal branding experience that fosters a strong sense of belonging among our employees. While expertise in photography and graphic design is a plus, the core focus of this role is to create and maintain a unified brand image both externally and internally.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement an integrated branding strategy that ensures consistency across all external and internal communications.

Collaborate with HR and internal teams to develop initiatives that enhance internal branding, employee engagement, and brand loyalty.

Design and oversee the creation of marketing materials and internal communications that reflect our brand's values and vision.

Spearhead the planning and execution of exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing events, aligning with our brand identity and corporate values.

Oversee the aesthetic design of our office spaces, ensuring they reflect our brand identity and create a welcoming environment for employees.

Curate engaging content for our company’s social media profiles, website, and internal platforms, promoting a cohesive brand image.

Analyze market trends and employee feedback to continuously refine and improve our branding and internal engagement strategies.

Measure and report on the effectiveness of both external marketing and internal branding efforts, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience in marketing and brand management, with a strong emphasis on internal branding and employee engagement.

Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a keen eye for detail.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in graphic design and photography is a plus, but not required.

8.测量并报告外部营销和内部品牌努力的效果,根据需要进行数据驱动的调整。

任职资格要求:

1.市场营销、商业管理、传播相关专业本科毕业;

2.在市场及品牌管理方面的实践经验丰富;

3.富有创意的思考者,具有战略性思维和对细节的敏锐观察力;

4. 出色的沟通、人际交往和协作技巧。

5.能够在快节奏环境中管理多个项目。

6.会平面设计和摄影技能是一个加分项,但不是必需的。
