Key Responsibilities
？ Knowledge about reliability test, know about power tools related products.
？ Analyze testing failures and issue technical reports in Chinese & English.
？ Check and Judge test results to confirm to design specification.
？ Can operate basic lab equipment and instrument, like oscillometer, multimeter.
？ Train the technician and operator how to do the test safely and correctly.
？ Follow the Lab QS system (ISO/IEC 17025), perform new test verification and measurement uncertainty evaluation when needed.
？ Good cooperation and communication with team leader, interact and support actively with team to solve out necessary issues, readily accepts additional assignments and handles changing priorities.

Person Specifications
？ Bachelor or above, electronic, new energy or electrochemical major;
？ At least 2~3 years experience in electronic industry, especially reliability lab test engineer experience.
？ CET 4 or above, must read and write, can listen and speak will be better;
？ Familiar with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook is a must;
？ Able to work effectively carefully, strong responsibility;
？ Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills;
？ Good attitude and self-development;
？ Have basic knowledge about ISO 17025 standard;
？ Have ability to carry out measurement uncertainty evaluation when needed.
