Job purpose
You will focus on working with the Product Sourcing team to win new business and deliver projects by sourcing new suppliers, managing project progress and communication between UK team and suppliers during the process of product development and order fulfilment.


Duties and responsibilities
Sourcing suitable new supplier and bringing them on board after assessment with other teams both proactively and to fulfil project needs.
Being responsible for costing process to ensure we get best balance between competitive price and quality goods.
Managing sample process by following up sample status, checking & labelling & sending samples to UK team.
Working closely with product team in new product developments by monitoring timeline with suppliers to keep projects on track.
Monitoring production progress with suppliers regularly to ensure orders can be delivered on time.
Proactively collecting new product ideas and trends from different sources to share with the team for new business opportunities.
Building and retaining strong supplier relationships to build and share knowledge on products and manufacturing processes.
Facilitating problem solving with Product Team and supplier to ensure best solution and outcomes.
Other related work needed within product sourcing team and around supplier communications.


Qualifications & prior experience
Minimum 3-5 years working experience.
Knowledge in project management, product sourcing and foreign trade.
Experience in Beauty, Skincare & Componentry preferred.
Fluency in oral English, it's a must.
