What a typical day looks like:
61 Establishes and ensures effective achievement of functional strategic plans and objectives for the site. Involve P&L review and support management to drive tasking for related functions.
61 Customers interface/management include regular communication/meetings, satisfaction management (CSMP/Viewpoint) & escalation management
61 Take lead on CFT, drive Delivery & COS related issue, able to makes decisions for functions or do next level escalation, work as a bridge among BDM/GAM, customer and Ops internal
61 Forecast/demand management, include coordinate on MPS loading & LvC discussion/Approval
61 Sales revenue management (review, commit & drive for delivery)
61 MSA/Contract/SOW engagement with GAM/BDM
61 Quotation management (include QMS submit, QvA analysis)
61 Liability management (include E&O, EOL/LTB, CMT, AR, ECO/ECN's)
61 Capex/ePRJ application & capacity review
61 Engagement in NPI (Cost validate, investment review, Exit Review from PVT, MP transition, ect.)
61 CTB Review and make decision on level of escalation
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
61 10 years+ industrial experience especially for Power related business
61 Outstanding English communication skills (listening, speaking, writing and reading)
61 PMP or Other Program Management certificate is preferred
61 Demonstrates detailed expertise in very complex functional or broad breadth of knowledge in operations, supply chain and finance, understands the strategic impact of the function across sites.
61 Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and take fast decisions, reduce liabilities and solve problems.
61 Familar with all kinds of system handling such as CMT, QMS, BP Code/customer code, Baan (SO/RSO), etc.
