主要岗位职责： 1. Product quality planning in NPI stage. Identify the risks in product design and process. Working with cross function team on FMEA, DFM, EE test plan, REL plan, DOE. Responsible for QCP and SIP. NPI阶段产品品质策划，识别产品设计和工艺制程的风险。跟跨职能部门完成FMEA、DFM、电子测试计划、REL计划和DOE。 负责QCP和检验标准文件SIP的制作； 2. During NPI builds, responsible for quality monitoring and measuring, identify risks and lead FACA with multi functions to make sure NPI builds meet quality goals. NPI试产阶段，负责产品品质的监控和测量，识别试产风险，主导品质异常的FACA，确保NPI试产阶段的品质达成； 3. Responsible for Line qualification from quality point. 负责产线品质合格性批准； 4. Responsible for quality issues handling in ramp up and MP stage within FATP and PCBA vendor. Coordinate and drive quality continuous improvement. 负责厂内和PCBA供应商爬坡和量产阶段的品质异常处理，协调和推动跨部门做品质持续改善； 5. Quality data analysis and report. 品质数据分析和报告； 6. Collect cosmetic limit samples in different level and talk with customer counterpart to align the cosmetic standard before MP. 负责收集分类产品外观品质不良样品，在量产前与客户负责人达成外观标准的一致； 7. Train QC inspectors on quality standards and conduct AR&R and GR&R for QC. 负责QC检验员的培训，进行AR&R/GR&R方面的测量； 8. Promote using statistics tools for process control, like SPC, Cpk. 推动使用统计分析工具在制程控制中的运用，比如SPC，Cpk等工具；
岗位要求： 1.In health, Colledge or above graduated in electronic engineering area. 身体健康，大学专科或以上电子工程类专业； 2. 8+ related working experience in electro-mechanical FATP and SMT manufacturing. 8年以上在机械电子类产品成品组装以及SMT领域制造业工作背景； 3. Must be familiar with PCBA and manufacturing standards (IPC/JEDEC) 必须熟悉PCBA工艺和制造标准（IPC/JEDEC）； 4. Must be familiar with ISO9001 and all quality tools, including 8D, 5 why, SPC/MSA/FMEA/QCP. ISO internal auditor. 必须熟悉ISO9001和品质常用工具，包括8D、5 WHY、SPC/MSA/FMEA/QC等，有ISO9001内审员资质； 5. Familiar with APQP, PPAP process and 6 Sigma knowledge. 6 Sigma green belt, CQE or other certificate in QE area would be preferred. 熟悉APQP、PPAP流程和六西格玛，有六西格玛绿带、CQE或其他品质工程师认证优先； 6. Strong logic thinking and analytical skill. High attention to detail. 有很强的逻辑思考和分析能力，很强的细节关注能力； 7. Good English reading and writing. Speaking English would be a plus. 英文读写流利，会口头交流优先； 8. Quick learning skill. Can work under stress. 有快速的学习能力，具有在压力环境下的工作能力。
