About the Job
61 To develop new process and customized product in project basis and be responsible for new product introduction with NPD. (35%)
61 Analyzes equipment to establish equipment & process parameter, conducts experimental tests and evaluates results. (20%)
61 Determine root cause analysis and testing activities to successfully meet requirements of project and yield improvement. (10%)
61 Responsible for planning, implementing and managing compliance of manufacturing and production processes with internal and external safety, quality and regulatory standards requirements. (5%)
61 Conduct cost analysis to optimize BOM/Routing for continuous improvement in VAVE (15%).
61 Participate in NPD project in full approach and be responsible for new project introduction to mass production (20%)

About You
61 Education: Bachelor of university degree in Engineering or above
61 Experience: Five to ten years working experience at least
61 Deep knowledge of engineering practices
61 Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred
61 Advanced knowledge in MS Office, DOE
61 Strong analytical skills
61 Strong communication skills
61 High attention to detail
61 Can work under pressure
61 Good at English both writing and oral
