Key responsibilities
61 External Liaison – to influence and liaise with external business partners and Government departments on the business requirements and technical solutions for implementing multiple systems in the Logistics Park, increase and improve the efficiency of cargo / aviation logistics operations. This includes the system interfaces with various business and technical parties
61 System Implementation Strategy and Contractual Liaison – to specify requirements for the implementation, support & maintenance of multiple systems in different phases and be the customer representative directing and managing the contractors to ensure service performance is met. The incumbent also needs to assist Legal and other departments to define and review the legal agreement between the organization and its system partners
61 Systems Support Strategy – to establish policy, procedures and support standard and to prepare plan and direct the support team to improve and develop expertise for day-to-day trouble shooting, to provide expert advice to users and first level support staff
61 Program Management – Oversee the projects risks and issues with timely escalation to senior management. Ensure quality control including project standards throughout the project lifecycle for all IT deliverables produced. Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management
Requirements
61 Bachelor's Degree Holder of Computer Science/Engineering/relevant discipline
61 Possess relevant professional qualifications such as PMP/ITIL/CCNA/CCNP, VMware, China Clouds, MCSE or equivalent.
61 Certification in IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v3 or above is preferred
61 Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, operations, and/or project management
61 Familiarity and experience in building IT infrastructure in China with high standard and compliance to local regulations
61 Proven experience in IT infrastructure architecture and structure, especially large-scale environment, complex organizations is an advantage, preferably within the logistics industry
61 Sound knowledge in developing infrastructure architecture framework, technologies and enterprise applications e.g. 5G networking, data center, cloud, server & virtualization platform, storage, IT security software etc
61 Knowledge and experience in IT Operations Management, including IT Control Centre operation, IT Facilities Management, IT Services design, particularly in mission-critical operational environment
61 Solid experience in incident and problem management, resource management to support 7x24 critical systems operation
61 Stationing in Mainland China. Travel between Mainland China and Hong Kong is required
61 Holder of Mainland China driving license is preferred
61 Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership and communication skills with strong self-motivation and ability to work under pressure.
61 Good spoken and written English and Chinese. Excellent command of spoken Mandarin
