Key Job Responsibilities 1.Manage the Vendor relationship and oversight vendor related activities, reports to managements on outstanding issues. 2.Manage all supplier contracts ensuring full contract coverage at all times. Contract authoring/adaptation for business awards and utilization of e-storage of contracts in e-procurement portal. 3.Support the team head in team strategy and enhance the core value policy. 4.Work closely with internal teams to ensure supplier has complied with requirements, capacity and capabilities, quality, compliance procedure and standard. 5.Manage vendor base to assure products can be delivered with optimum cost, quality and service. 6.Establish tools to improve vendor performance.
Job Qualifications: 1.5+ years of sourcing/vendor management/procurement, materials management - -Excellent technical skills including Excel, Access Project Management 2.Commercial Negotiation skills 3.Engineering background Preferred 4.Manufacturing experience 5.Forecast planning proficiency 6.Supply chain experience 7.Strong project management skills 8.Effective communication skills (written and oral) 9.Strong interpersonal skills 10.Strong presentation skills 11.Analytical thinker 12.Business Acumen 13.Dealing with ambiguity
