Person Specifications
1. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in data engineering, or a related field, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#, experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and data processing frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Databricks).
4. Cloud Platforms: Expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and proficiency with database and data storage solutions (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) is a must.
5. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive meaningful insights.
6. Communication Skills: Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
