1. 负责公司的质量管理体系/环境管理体系，UL, CSA和安全法规的遵守和维护；
Responsible for company’s QMS/EMS, UL, CSA and safety regulations compliance and maintains.
2. 创建和完成ISO标准审核(ISO9001/13485/ISO14001 /AS9100)和过程审核的年度内审计划，与其他内审员根据年度审核计划领导审核；
Create and complete the annually internal audit plan for the ISO standard audits (ISO9001/13485/ISO14001 /AS9100) and the process audits, lead the audits with other internal auditors against the annual audit plan.
3. 记录不符合ISO标准要求的情况，与团队一起跟踪CAPA直至关闭；
Document non conformances to the ISO standard requirements, follow up the CAPA with team until closure.
4. 计划，协调并协助完成过程审核，发起并追踪过程审核中发现的不符合项的CAPA关闭；
Plan, coordinate and assist the completion of process audits, Initiate and track the closure of CAPA for any nonconformance found during process audit.
5. 外审时陪同第三方认证机构审核，包括工厂引导，协调并引导各部门主管提供正确且有效的证据，不符合项、审核证据的提交和上传，以及客户审核和UL/CSA季度审核，对任何不符合项进行CAPA跟踪直至关闭；
Third party (Registrar) contact for external audits including plant guide, coordinate departments leaders, guide departments leaders how to provide valid and correct evidence in audit, audit evidence provide and interface for non-conformance submission, as well as customer audit and UL/CSA quarterly audit, follow up the CAPA for any non-conformances until the closure.
6. ROHS/REACH和其他安全法规合规体系的实施，根据客户要求识别成品和原材料状态，与工程和采购团队共享并跟踪，以确保所有内部流程和原材料符合ROHS/REACH和其他安全法规；
ROHS/REACH and other safety regulations Compliance system implement, according to customer requirement to identify finished goods and raw material status, share and follow up with Engineering and sourcing team to ensure all internal process and raw material are compliance with RoHS/REACH and other safety regulations.
7. 根据最新的RoHS/REACH等安全法规要求收集和审核供应商的符合性声明，并将收集结果反馈给内部和客户。有能力能够寻找或推动供应商，以获得RoHS/REACH及其他安全法规的符合性声明；
According to the latest RoHS/REACH and other safety regulations requirement to collect and review suppliers’ compliance declaration, feedback collect result to internal and customers. Have ability to search/push supplier to get RoHS/REACH and other safety regulations’ compliances declaration.


职位要求QUALIFICATIONS
1. 大专或以上学历，3年以上合规工程师经验优先；
College’s degree or above, more than 3 years of compliance engineer is preferred
2. 熟悉ISO13485/AS9100质量管理体系的运行，熟悉安全法规(RoHS/REACH)要求；
Familiar with the operation of ISO13485/AS9100 quality management system, familiar with safety regulation(RoHS/REACH) requirements.
3. 积极主动，学习能力强，有较强的沟通能力和逻辑判断能力；
Be proactive, Good learning ability, have strong communication skills and logical judgment.
4. 良好的英语读写能力，较好的口语优先。
Good capability of written and read, spoken English is preferred.
