The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and ultimately boost sales performance. 【Key Responsibilities】 1、Content Strategy: 1)Develop and implement comprehensive content marketing strategies across all channels, including the company website, LinkedIn, WeChat Official Account, and other relevant platforms. 2)Continuously monitor market trends and adjust strategies to ensure brand consistency, enhance brand awareness and product recognition, and effectively reach target audiences. 2、Content Creation & Management: 1)Create, publish, and manage high-quality content across various formats, including articles, videos, images, and other engaging multimedia. 2)Effectively manage and maintain the company's online presence across all relevant platforms. 3、SEO & Keyword Optimization: 1)Conduct thorough keyword research and implement SEO best practices to optimize website content and improve search engine rankings. 2)Analyze content performance across all platforms to identify areas for improvement and maximize reach and engagement. 4、Data Analysis & Optimization: 1)Analyze website traffic, social media engagement, and other relevant data to measure the effectiveness of content marketing campaigns. 2)Utilize data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve campaign performance. 3)Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly. 5、Brand Building & Partnerships: 1)Build and maintain strong relationships with industry media, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and other relevant stakeholders. 2)Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility and industry influence. 6、Market & Customer Development: 1)Utilize online and offline channels, including international business platforms, exhibitions, and industry associations, to identify and develop new overseas customer opportunities. 2)Build and maintain a comprehensive database of potential overseas customers. Initiate contact and establish relationships with potential client 7、Team Collaboration: 1)Collaborate closely with R&D, technology, and other departments to gather market intelligence and provide valuable feedback and suggestions. 2)Contribute to product optimization and the development of new products by sharing market insights. 3)Ensure all content marketing activities align with the company's overall strategic objectives. 【Qualification Requirements】 1、Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Fluency in English (CET-8 or native English speaker). 2、Experience: 1)Minimum three years of professional experience in content marketing or digital marketing. 2)Strong preference for candidates with experience in the motors or manufacturing industry and a proven track record of successful omnichannel marketing campaigns. 3、Skills: 1)Excellent written and creative communication skills with the ability to independently plan and execute compelling promotional content. 2)In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including LinkedIn, WeChat, and other relevant channels. 3)Strong data analysis and interpretation skills with the ability to use data to optimize marketing campaigns. 4)Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software is a plus. 4、Languages: 1)Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English. 2)Fluency in spoken English is essential. 5、Personal Attributes: 1)Highly innovative and results-oriented with strong execution and project management skills. 2)Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 3)Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently deliver high-quality work under pressure.
