93 Key Responsibilities:
1. Global Marketing Responsibilities (50%)
- Marketing Strategy Execution:
Implement CJC Motor’s global digital marketing plan, focusing on BLDC motors for electric vehicles, home appliances, and industrial automation.
- Digital Marketing Management:
Manage and optimize the company’s website (SEO), run paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), and track performance metrics to improve lead generation and brand visibility.
- Content Creation & Brand Promotion:
Develop technical blogs, case studies, whitepapers, product demo videos, and customer testimonials to enhance CJC Motor's global brand presence.
- B2B Platform & Social Media Management:
Operate platforms like Alibaba, Made-in-China, Global Sources, LinkedIn, and YouTube to attract potential clients and maintain an active online presence.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and identify new growth opportunities in key regions (Southeast Asia, Europe, North America).
2. Global Sales Responsibilities (50%)
- Business Development:
Identify and explore new business opportunities globally, focusing on key industries such as electric vehicles, smart appliances, and industrial automation.
- Target Customer Acquisition:
Proactively reach out to target customers, including OEMs, distributors, and potential partners. Generate qualified leads through networking, cold outreach, and online channels.
- Sales Pipeline Management:
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and convert potential clients into long-term business relationships.
- Client Relationship Management:
Maintain regular communication with clients, understand their business needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking:
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, analyze performance data, and provide strategic recommendations to improve conversion rates and revenue growth.

1.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, International Business, Sales, Engineering, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience in international B2B sales and marketing, preferably in the industrial equipment or motor industry.
- Proven track record in lead generation, business development, or international sales.
2.Language Proficiency:
- Fluent in English (CET-6 level or equivalent) with strong business communication skills.
- Additional language skills (e.g., Spanish, German, French) are highly desirable.
3.Technical & Sales Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns, CRM systems).
- Excellent sales negotiation, prospecting, and account management skills.
- Ability to create persuasive business proposals and sales presentations.
