What You Will Do
61 Supplier development (include consolidation)
61 Work with SQE & Purchasing on supplier performance review, drive supplier to improve quality and delivery
61 Align with GCM for direct material cost reduction, 2nd source implementation, VA/VE, negotiations, etc
61 Support new project launch, lead sourcing activities for medical new projects
61 Early involvement from design/quotation, alternatives recommendation/qualification, sample launch to mass production
61 Optimize incoterms, improve and align payment terms, MOQ/Scale price optimization, inventory control (DSI)
61 Maximize material value, review S&E and scrap components, resell them to mitigate material loss
61 Urgently drive critical supply escalations, support pull-in/push out, cancellation, quality issues and other suppliers’ issue. Compensation negotiation for supplier issues
61 Stewardship support: Supplier SR audit, RBA audit; Meet strategic customer requirement for CMRT, BCP, EH&S

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
61 Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical degree
61 At least 3 years of experience in sourcing, category management, engineering or procurement
61 Good communication and negotiation skills, and excellent business sense
61 Good problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills
61 Good Teamwork spirit, and Economical thinking
61 Fluent English Capability and Good Office software Skills
