Responsibility:

->Import
Arrange the pickup for inbound shipments and monitor the shipments closely with forwarded, feedback the estimated import date to buyer or planning for production plan, provide packing list and invoice to customs department, arrange the importation. Support FAP team on billing audit and applying payment in order to ensure inbound shipments run smoothly. Provide JIT data to finance for payment preparing, etc."

->Export
Prepare the shipping documents and place booking to forwarder in time, push to get tracking number from forwarder and inform them to pick up goods in appointed warehouse timely. Monitor the shipment closely and make sure customer can receive the goods timely. Work closely with planning, warehouse, Customs, CCP, customer, forwarder on exportation. Give logistics support on new project which from internal and external. provide exportation data to customs team for customs clearance. JIT data to finance for pushing customer to do the payment timely, etc.

->System Maintenance
Maintain SAP system including delivery information in order to providing timely and accurate information."

->Customer Issues Handling
Handle customer issues in order to decrease the clients' complaints.

->Forwarder Management
Evaluate forwarders performance and require forwarders to take action if necessary in order to improve forwarders' performance.

Key Qualifications:
61 3 years shipping related working experience, has MNC background.
61 Understand commonly used international trade terms.
61 Skillful in communication, good to corporate, strong sense of time, quick response.
61 SAP user.
61 Able to speak English, fluent will be plus.
