Otto International is seeking for an experienced, passionate and independent Quality Assurance Technician, Lingerie/Swimwear/Underwear to join our Dongguan team. In this exciting role, you will ensure the product samples are met the requirements of customer & company and ensure Inspector has sufficient information to conduct inspection. To monitor vendor/manufacturer’s quality performance and give them advice and instructions, when necessary, on how to improve and maintain quality level and to provide technical support to relevant parties in order to increase potential business as well as to balance delivery risks.

How will you make a difference?
Ensure the product samples met all requirements by following the standard procedures from measurement, live model fitting and evaluation
Evaluate samples by ensuring the fit, workmanship or any other technical aspects, which the garment quality meet customers and company requirements
Proactively assess quality risks and share alerts on potential issues at the beginning of the product development stage
Make appropriate recommendations in collaboration with peer teams on matters relating to specs, pattern, construction methods and techniques
Organise and prioritise daily work tasks to meet all project deadlines
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Who are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in Intimate, Clothing, Textile Merchandising, Textile or related discipline
5 years of working experience in garment construction or pattern making, with the knowledge of size grading and create measurement chart especially in Lingerie and/or Swimwear products
Self-directed, organised, results-oriented
Ability to work independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision
Skillful application of MS Office programmes – Word, Excel, Office 365, SharePoint and PDM
With 2D or 3D CAD System experience is more preferrable.
Good communication skills in English (written and spoken) with additional fluency in Mandarin
With the knowledge of products, especially for bras, briefs, swimwears & underwears including nightwears.
With the knowledge of drawing pattern independently especially in lingerie (bras) & swimwear and size specification with grading
With the knowledge of live model fitting
Able to make judgment on fit change and guide vendor how to do improve sewing workmanship
