General Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all footwear products meet our company’s quality standards and comply with our policies on compliance and technical standards. You will collaborate closely with production, sourcing, and product development teams to identify and resolve quality issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement. Your expertise in footwear production and quality control will ensure that our products meet customer expectations and all applicable industry regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
61 Conduct quality inspection process for raw materials, components and finished products final inspections to ensure they meet all quality and compliance standards.
61 Monitor production processes to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend enhancements to production.
61 Identify quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
61 Develop and improve quality control processes and procedures to enhance product reliability and durability.
61 Recommend manufacturing optimizations to reduce defects, improve efficiency, and minimize waste.
61 Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure they understand and meet our quality standards.
61 Conduct factory audits and inspections to ensure consistency in production and adherence to compliance policies.
61 Educate suppliers and internal teams on compliance requirements and industry best practices.
61 Maintain accurate quality records, reports, and documentation to support audits and quality assessments.
