Job Responsibilities:
*Handle sales shipment requirements and interpret customer delivery notice documents.
*Book space and arrange shipments for international sea/air freight.
*Process documents and data related to international logistics import and export business.
*Track the international transportation and delivery process to overseas customers, and handle and resolve any abnormalities.
*Handle international express shipments.
*Other logistics-related tasks.

Job Requirements:
*Bachelor's degree or above; major in foreign trade is preferred.
*Minimum of three years of shipping experience in foreign trade companies.
*Able to handle and operate the entire import and export process of goods independently.
*Good knowledge of international logistics (e.g., Incoterms).
*Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
*Proficient in operating office software such as WORD, EXCEL, and PPT, as well as enterprise ERP systems.
*Excellent communication skills.
