Key Responsibilities
61 Analyze the failure of the customer, pack line and supplier's cell or battery
61 Lead the analysis for root cause and provide the corrective actions
61 Familiar with a variety of material analysis and testing means, such as XRD, ICP, SEM/EDX, TG/DSC, GC-MS test data analysis
61 Familiar with and skilled use of various electrochemical evaluation methods, such as EIS, CV
61 Review the rationality of supplier data and improvement measures
61 Follow up supplier analysis and improvement

Person Specifications
61 Bachelor's degree in material science, chemistry and the related majors
61 More than five years working experience in battery design or failure analysis
61 Familiar with battery design principle and working principle
61 Be familiar with the cell process and influencing factors of battery
61 Good at written and reading English,
61 Good communication, cooperation and interpersonal skills.
