工作职责ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.负责监控Windchill系统性能，确保系统持续运行和可靠性。
Responsible for monitoring Windchill system performance to ensure uptime and reliability.
2.负责管理Windchill系统变更请求，提供系统解决方案，并领导内外部资源实施变更。
Responsible for managing changes request for Windchill with system solution and lead resources externally and internally for change implementation.
3.主导 Windchill 软件确认活动和文档管理，包括配置更改、风险评估、测试验证及 IQ/OQ/PQ 等活动。
Responsible for leading Windchill validation activities and managing documentation, including configuration changes, risk assessment, testing verification and IQ/OQ/PQ activities, etc.
4.负责Windchill 账号的管理与记录，如用户账号的新建，删除及变更，许可的分配等。
Responsible for Windchill account management and record (account creation, deletion and change, license allocation, etc.)
5.负责Windchill基础技术支持，了解，重现用户问题并支持解决用户事件并记录。
Responsible for providing fundamental technical support to Windchill users, understanding and reproducing user problems and assisting to solve issue and record.
6.负责为Windchill 用户提供关于 Windchill 使用和***实践的培训课程。
Responsible for conducting training sessions for staff on Windchill usage and best practices.
7.负责确保 Windchill 环境中的数据完整性和安全性。
Responsible for ensuring data integrity and security within the Windchill environment.
8.负责定期对Windchill系统进行审核和更新，以确保符合公司和行业标准的合规性。
Responsible for performing regular system audits and updates for Windchill to maintain compliance with company and industry standards.
9.负责执行与质量管理系统相关的其他软件系统的软件确认活动，并管理相关文档。
Responsible for performing validation activities and managing documentation for other software system related to QMS.

职位要求QUALIFICATIONS
1.本科以上学历，可接受应届生，有1年或以上相关文职类工作经验更佳
Bachelor Degree or above. Fresh graduate or with 1 year's clerical working experience is preferred
2.良好的英语读写能力，英语六级或以上。
Good capability of written and read English, with CET Level 6 certificate or above.
3.善于学习与沟通，具有良好的分析问题、解决问题的能力
Good at learning and communication, good at analyzing and solving problems.
4.有Windchill, Teamcenter, Agile, Enovia或其他PLM软件有相关经验者优先考虑
Experienced in Windchill, Teamcenter, Agile, Enovia or other PLM software is preferred
5.工作细心认真，对人处事耐心，有团队意识
Be careful and considerate in work, patient and with good team work
6.熟练使用电脑软件
Comfortable with computer software
