岗位职责：
Develop and enforce lab safety protocols
Manage hazardous equipment/materials and oversee safe operations/emergency response
Handle daily operations: equipment maintenance, procurement, visitor training, and compliance audits
Other duties assigned by supervisors
制定并执行实验室安全规程
管理危险设备/材料，监督安全操作与应急响应
负责日常运维：设备维护、耗材采购、访客培训与合规审计
上级安排的其他工作

任职要求：
Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above
Major: Materials Science, Chemistry, Safety Engineering, or related fields.
Language preference: Good command of English
Others:
At least 3 years of lab management experience.
This position requires an English interview and a written test.

专业要求：材料科学、化学、安全工程等相关专业本科及以上学历
语言要求：良好的英语掌握能力
其他：
3年以上实验室管理经验
