What You Will Do 61 1.Join customer specification review for special project 61 2.Provide draft process instruction to support sample making when needed 61 3.Complete formal FC and submit BOM,training related parties on process instruction (PI) 61 4.Establish and maintain standard operation procedure &defect analyse systems (DAS). 61 5.Lead x-functional team to conduct PFMEA, & maintain/update PFMEA 61 6.Evaluate PCR/ECR raised by others from ME view, or raise PCR/ECR 61 7.Stabilize and continual improve process capability 61 8.Process failure analysis & trouble shooting 61 9.Lead to conduct new product trial run per trail run plan 61 10.Lead to review trial run result, and follow up corrective/improvement action 61 11.Lead process improvement activities and Join with Lean project&6-Sigma project
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) 61 1.Bachelor degree in an engineering discipline 61 2.Minimun 6 Years work experience process design in electronics industry 61 3.Ability to perform engineering analyses & drive to root cause of processing problems 61 4.High degree of organizational skills as juggling multiple projects and managing them to specific timelines is expected 61 5.Basic computer skills including work processing & spreadsheets 61 6.Able to communicate effectively both in writing, one on one verbally, and in group meetings 61 7.Good interpersonal skills to work effectively with others
