【Main Duties and Responsibilities 主要职责和义务】
1. Process engineering/NPI within process engineering. 负责工艺工程，以及新产品导入阶段在工艺工程中的工作。
2. Lead, coach and mentor the process engineering team. 领导、指导并辅导工艺工程团队。
3. Provide technical support to production. 为生产提供技术支持。
4. Maintain labour standards and focus on labour costs. 维持劳动标准，关注劳动力成本。
5. Support sample disposition process. 支持样品处置流程。
6. Support new product introduction. 支持新产品导入。
7. Support problem analysis and solving activities. 支持问题分析和解决活动。
8. Budgetary responsibility for Process Engineering Department. 对工艺工程部门的预算负责。
9. Prepare Operations related Capex budget. 制定与运营相关的资本支出预算。
Raise Capex with supporting ROI where applicable. 在适用情况下，提出带有投资回报率（ROI）支持的资本支出。
10. Factory layout planning in line with forecasted product demands. 根据预测的产品需求进行工厂布局规划。
11. Support site and group projects as and when required. 根据需要支持现场和集团项目。
12. Report monthly on KPI’s and department updates through operations reviews. 通过运营评审，每月报告关键绩效指标和部门更新。
13. Lead continuous improvement activity within manufacturing. 在制造过程中领导持续改进活动。
14. Explore advances in new technology relating to processes and materials. 探索与工艺和材料相关的新技术进展。
15. Support business improvement projects as and when required. 根据需要支持业务改进项目。
16. Report monthly on continuous improvement KPIs. 每月报告持续改进的关键绩效指标（KPI）。
17. To direct and to oversee all aspects of the process engineer objectives and initiatives for plant development. 指导和监督工艺工程师关于工厂发展的所有目标和举措。
18. Oversees the development and implementation of manufacturing processes to maintain proper product functionality as well as cost efficiency. 监督制造流程的开发和实施，以确保产品功能的正确性以及成本效率。
19. Effective in communicating with the customers on design, production, and process. 能够有效与客户就设计、生产和流程进行沟通。

【Qualifications 任职要求】
1. Minimum of 5 years experience leading a team in the consumer electronic or medical industry. 具备至少5年在消费电子或医疗行业带领团队的经验。
2. Experienced in SMT, assembly processes, it’s a plus to have knowledge and experience in machining, injection, laser welding, etc. 具有SMT和组装工艺经验，若具备机械加工、注塑、激光焊接等知识和经验者优先。
3. Minimum of 5 years experience managing daily manufacturing performances. 具备至少5年管理日常生产绩效的经验。
4. Minimum of 2 years’ experience of implementing Lean / Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement. 具备至少2年实施精益生产/六西格玛/持续改进的经验。
5. Experience and knowledge with use of lean business improvement techniques. 拥有使用精益业务改进技术的经验和知识。
6. Proven experience in using problem solving tools and techniques. 具有使用问题解决工具和技术的经验。
7. Previous experience of product industrialisation (Prototyping) / Ability to drive PFEMAs, DFM’s. 具备产品工业化（原型制作）的相关经验/能够推动PFEMA和DFM。
8. Ability to create and read technical drawing. 能够创建和阅读技术图纸。
