Key Job Description: 1. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Project Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. 2. Set clear performance expectations, conduct evaluations, and provide coaching to enhance team capabilities. 3. Oversee training programs and materials for project management staff. 4. Oversee end-to-end execution of multiple projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and in-scope delivery while meeting quality standards. 5. Proactively identify risks, resolve bottlenecks, and implement mitigation strategies. 6. Monitor and report on project progress to senior leadership, ensuring transparency. 7. Partner with department heads to define project roadmaps, priorities, and resource allocation aligned with business goals. 8. Champion PM best practices and tools to standardize workflows. 9. Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency across program management and related functions. 10. Act as the primary liaison between Program Management, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and other teams to ensure alignment. 11. Facilitate conflict resolution and decision-making across stakeholders. 12. Represent the department in executive meetings, providing updates on risks, milestones, and ROI. 13. Manage program budgets, forecasts, and cost-control measures. 14. Optimize resource allocation to balance organizational priorities and project demands. 15. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and customers. 16. Ensure stakeholder expectations are managed effectively and deliverables are met. 17. Other work arrangements and ad hoc initiatives as directed by superior & leadership. Talent Qualifications: 1.Bachelor Degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field, PMP certificate. MBA or an advanced degree is a plus. 2.Fluent in English & Chinese for both written & spoken. 3. More than 15+ years working experiences where at least 5 years are in a leadership or managerial role. 4. Had worked in a manufacturing environment, or had worked closely with factories. 5. Proven track record of managing complex programs in the consumer electronics or accessories industry. 6. Experience with product development lifecycles, manufacturing processes, and supply chain management. 7. Experience working with global teams and international vendors. 8. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. 9. Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. 10. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 11. Proficiency in project management tools. 12. Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets
