Key Responsibilities | 主要职责 Support the CEO with day-to-day scheduling, communication, and coordination Provide personal assistance, such as driving/picking up the CEO to/from the office when needed Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee management Manage HR documentation, including drafting and maintaining employee handbooks, NDAs, and company policies — either independently or in coordination with external HR consultants Help execute internal projects and team initiatives Maintain clean records, organized files, and polished reports Act as a cultural and operational bridge between teams
