岗位要求
1. 数控机械相关专业毕业，大专或以上学历，有3年及以上数控设备调机、改机实际操作经验；
Majored in NC machinery with college or above degree. Has 3 years or more practical experience in NC machines adjustment and changeover.
2. 能看懂机械图纸，懂法兰克、三菱或新代系统，能独立编程；
Can understand mechanical drawings. Understand FUNAC, Mitsubishi or SNYTEC systems. Be able to program for CNC and VMC machining.
3. 熟悉车床和加工中心改机相关零配件，能独立评估是否需要更换；
Familiar with lathe and machining center change over related spare parts, able to independently evaluate whether replacement is needed;
4. 熟练使用常用量具，了解刀具材料，结构和性能，具有一定的刀具选用能力 ；
Proficient in using the common measurement tools, familiar with cutter material, structure and performance, with a certain ability to select and use cutters.
5. 熟练使用电脑及办公软件;
Proficient in using computers and office software;
6. 有责任心和上进心，有良好的理解和沟通能力，有服务意识；
Be responsible and ambitious, with good understanding and communication skills, and a service-oriented mindset.
7. 服从安排，吃苦耐劳。
Obey arrangement and endure hardship.
岗位职责
1. 负责改机准备、夹具、固定资产和改机辅料的管理工作；
Responsible for the management of change over preparation, fixtures, fixed assets, and change over materials;
2. 负责新物料询价及每月辅料申购清单准备；
Responsible for new material inquiry and preparation of monthly change over material purchase list;
3. 负责改机准备过程和改机辅料库存相关异常问题的处理；
Responsible for handling abnormal issues related to the preparation process for change over and inventory of change over materials;
4. 负责设置组员工培训，确保员工安全操作，达成每日准备及时性和库存准确性目标；
Responsible for training for team members, ensuring their safe operation, and achieving daily preparation timeliness and inventory accuracy goals;
5. 负责设置组仪器设备及工具的正确使用、日常保养和维护.
Responsible for correct use of set-up team equipment, daily maintenance.。
