3. More than 3 years of experience in metal/plastic material engineering and years of experience in manufacturing industry, with lighting industry work experience preferred.

4. Familiar with metal/plastic processing techniques (such as injection molding, aluminum alloy die-casting) and material testing technology.

5. Proficient in international environmental regulations, with EPD certification experience and LCA practical experience
