Job Responsibility: 61 Monitor the whole process quality of new products introduction and manufacturing such as the process of SMT, assembly & packing. 61 Follow up products testing and ensure the reliability of all company products 61 Identity the problem during the product development and manufacturing process and take the corrective improvements 61 Provide technical advice and trouble-shooting on all quality issues 61 Communicate and collaborate with different key stakeholders (like internal departments, suppliers and customers) when there is production problem happened 61 Handle customers' compliant in a proper way which includes establishing improve way for the internal standard and reply the customer’s compliant report appropriately 61 Risk management to foresee any potential quality issue in NPI nor MP stage 61 Handle any ad-hoc projects Requirements: 61 Degree in Mechanical / Electronic / Electrical / Manufacturing / Industrial / Quality Engineering or relevant disciplines. 61 Minimum 3 years of solid experience in quality control, manufacturing, or engineering. Knowledge of ISO13485 and IATF16949 is highly preferable. 61 Candidate with more experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Quality Manager / Quality Manager. 61 Experienced in New Product Development stage to communicate with customers on design assurance testing and defining quality criteria standards 61 Experienced in problem-solving and continuous improvement tools; 8D, 5-Why, DOE, SPC, and others. 61 Detail-minded with good communication, inter-personal, problem-solving, analytical and presentation skills. 61 Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese 61 Require station in Dongguan, PRC China 61 Willing to frequent travel to overseas manufacturing sites
