岗位职责

1. Responsible for the month end close process for the accounting center including account reconciliation, preparation of various journal entries, and preparation of monthly balance sheet, cashflow, P&L

负责会计中心的月末结账流程，包括对账，编制各种日记账分录，编制月度资产负债表，现金流量表，损益表

2. Calculate and process accounting results correctly (revenue, expenses, costs), be responsible for preparing monthly and annual accounting statements, annual accounting final accounts and profit distribution accounting

正确计算和处理会计结果（收入、费用、成本），具体负责编制公司月度、年度会计报表，年度会计决算和利润分配核算工作

3. Ensuring timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and annual reporting of reporting package and associated disclosures

确保及时准确的月度、季度和年度报告及相关披露

4. Overseeing preparation of financial statements in the appropriate format for inclusion in timely filings with regulatory agencies

监督编制适当格式的财务报表，以便及时向监管机构提交

5. Ensuring transparency in financial reporting and disclosures. Assisting financial management in Defining and implementing internal controls regarding financial reporting compliance

确保财务报告和披露的透明度。协助财务管理定义和实施财务报告合规方面的内部控制

6. Performing analysis of accounts and highlights discrepancies/anomalies for correction.

对帐目进行分析，突出差异/异常以进行更正

7. Execute company tax return and related tax procedure preparation. implement tax activities related to direct tax and indirect tax.

执行公司纳税申报表和相关税务流程的编制, 执行与直接税、间接税相关的税务活动

8. Maintain and coordinate the good relationship between the company and the government, tax authorities, and do well in the government subsidy, annual inspection, statistical statements and other work

维护和协调公司和政府、税务等部门的良好关系，做好政府优惠政策、工商年检、统计报表等工作

9. Assist finance manager to complete other financial and accounting related work

协助财务经理完成其他财务会计相关工作

10. At least 5 years professional experience in Financial Accounting function, with a strong focus on consolidation, Accounting & Reporting (internal/external)

至少5年财务会计工作经验，对财务、会计报告(内部/外部)有较强的理解及关注

11. Sound knowledge of Accounting Standards (US-GAAP/PRC GAAP)

熟悉会计准则(美国GAAP/中国GAAP)

12. Ability to navigate complex accounting topics and translate results into recommendations for senior leadership

能够处理复杂的会计问题，并将结果转化为建议给高层领导

1. University degree (Bachelor) plus further professional qualification

大学本科及以上

2. Proficient in office software, Excel, PPT, Word; familiarity with Oracle is a plus

熟练使用办公软件，Excel、PPT、Word；熟悉oracle更好

3. Fluency in Chinese & English
