工作职责:
1. Review, control and analyze the purchase price of materials, and review the financial terms of the purchase contract
对材料采购价格进行审核、控制、分析，对采购合同财务相关条款进行审核
2. Monthly rolling forecast, annual budget, medium and long-term planning and cost-related financial analysis of project costs (including material costs, labor costs, manufacturing expenses, etc.)
对项目成本（包括材料成本、人工成本、制造费用等）进行月度滚动预测、年度预算和中长期规划编制以及成本相关财务分析
3. Material cost difference check and analysis, inventory check and analysis, warehouse age analysis
材料成本差异核对和分析，库存核对分析，库龄分析
4. Monthly cost closing account settlement and variance analysis, materials payable and variance analysis and risk point control
成本月度关账结算及差异分析，应付材料款及账实差异分析和风险点管控
5. Project cost analysis, collection and management
项目成本相关分析、归集和管理事宜
6. Responsible for the analysis and control of BOM material costs and other costs, identify opportunities for cost reduction through tracking, comparison and difference analysis of BOM costs, provide professional financial suggestions and economic benefit improvement plans for the management, implement and control cost saving plans.
负责产品BOM材料成本和其他成本的分析与控制，通过对BOM成本的跟踪、对比和差异分析识别成本降低的机会点，为经营管理层提供专业化财务建议和经济效益提升方案，并对成本节约方案进行落地和管控。
7. Lead the preparation, negotiation and implementation of financial plans related to material costs
牵头材料成本相关财务方案的拟定、商谈及落地实施
8. Other task related financial budget

任职资格:
1.Bachelor degree or above majored at finance or accounting, 本科及以上学历，财务、会计相关专业;
2.5 years or above working experience. 5年以上工作经验
3.Familiar with cost factor analysis, master standard cost and actual cost accounting system.熟悉成本因素分析，掌握标准成本和实际成本核算体系
4.Able to build cost analysis model independently and have mature practical experience能够独立建立成本分析模型，并有成熟的实践经验.
5. Fluent English and Mandarin. 流利的英语和普通话
6. Ability to work under pressure. 能够在压力下工作
7. ERP experience. ERP的经验
8.Must be able to make decisions timely and effectively必须能够及时有效地做出决定.
9.Should be analytical in decision making and be able to represent the companies interests at all times在决策过程中具有分析能力，能够随时代表公司利益.
10.Must be able to determine when an immediate decision is needed必须能够决定何时需要立即作出决定.
