1. Define the optimum PPM Program, aligned with BU/M&T objectives and manufacturing goals 2. Translate into local PPM (Preventive Predictive Maintenance) plan taking into account the maintenance strategy 3. Review and optimize PPM plans on a regular basis 4. Perform the analysis for selecting the optimum PPM strategies to reduce reliability and integrity failures and sets the frequency and time window when to execute PPM plans. 5. Recommend improvement projects which are sent to the Improve Plant process, procedure improvements to Operate Plant process, or submits work notifications to the Maintenance Work Process. 6. As the owner of the equipment master data in the site, to maintain, review and update the equipment list. 7. Grouping equipment into appropriate groups and proposes typical PPM plan solutions. 8. Leading and facilitating Criticality Ranking of plant equipment 9. Leading Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) 10. Reviewing the maintenance feed back on equipment repair and PPM maintenance orders 11. Executing a RCA to find causes for equipment reliability related performance killers and cost drivers 12. Participate in projects to define PPM plans(through normal CR-FMEA-PPM/spare parts) for equipment 13. Entering integrated PPM plans into the Maintenance Management system 14. Enter information on jobs executed in the maintenance management system 15. Collecting relevant data and information like KPIs, costs, AU reports with respect to losses due to maintenance, maintenance history data out of maintenance system etc. 16. Increase levels of user knowledge and ownership by supporting training to production personnel. 17. Prepare improve proposals giving improved equipment reliability. 18. Document, file and communicate solutions. 19. Define, review, monitor and update the critical spare parts in the warehouse. 20. Execute defined SHE and Q policies in compliance with Corporate Requirements and relevant laws and regulations. 21. Secure reliability risks in change proposals (Management of Change). 22.
