Key responsibilities: 1. Handle Hong Kong Corporate Services team’s enquiries in relation to clients offshore company formation via email /通过电子邮件和传真处理香港企业服务团队有关上市公司组建的咨询 2. Assist the Hong Kong Corporate Services team in providing professional services for client companies in main jurisdictions/协助香港企业服务团队为主要司法管辖区的客户公司提供专业服务 3. Arrange filing as instructed/按照指示安排备案归档 4. Assist Hong Kong Corporate Services team in attending to clients’ ad hoc secretarial exercises, for various jurisdictions including: change of director or secretaries, transfer of shares, alteration in M&A, alteration in share capital and allotment of shares, change of company name and filing of charges/协助香港企业服务团队参与客户的特定秘书工作,涉及多个司法管辖区,包括:更换董事或秘书,转让股份,更改并购,更改股本及分配股份,更改公司名称及备案收费 5. Handle renewal of annual license fees in various jurisdictions/处理各个司法管辖区的年度许可费续期工作 6. Use Viewpoint to update accurate client information for client, administration and for management information purposes/使用Viewpoint更新准确的客户信息,用于客户、管理和管理信息之目的 7. Assist Hong Kong Corporate Services team in handling clients’ enquiries and assist in preparing proposal for new clients; Handle billing and collection /协助香港企业服务团队处理客户的查询,并协助为新客户准备提案; 处理账单和收款 Key requirements 1. Diploma or above/大专以上学历 2. 1 - 2 years of working experience in corporate services/1-2年企业服务工作经验者尤佳 3. High degree of professional integrity, good communication skills, Meticulous attention to fine detail. /良好的职业操守,良好的沟通能力对细节一丝不苟 4. Polite & Patient. written English and simple oral English. Preference for CET-4 or above. /可以使用英语进行基本书写及简单对话;通过大学英语四级为佳。 5. Good command of Office software and other related computer skills. 能够熟练运用Ms Office软件
