1. According to QAP and incoming inspection procedures make inspection for incoming materials, inspect material COA and labels, and make material inspection reports ensure incoming materials are compliance with materials specifications. 按照检测分析计划和检验流程对来料进行检验,审核物料COA报告和标签,完成物料检验报告,确保来料符合预期的标准要求 2. Make micro test for Finished products and make records accordingly. 负责成品的微生物检测并做好记录。 3. Maintain and update identification of material and finished products inspection status for material and finished products stocked in warehouse and in SAP system ensure related departments timely and accurate get material inspection status. 库存和SAP系统内物料、产品检验状态标识的维护,确保相关部门及时准确了解物料检验状态 4. Make finished product COA reports and submit it to customer service departments ensure fulfill customer requirements. 产品COA报告制作并提交客户服务部门确保满足客户要求 5. Make monthly quality evaluation for material suppliers ensure timely provide reports to purchasing department for supplier improving. 供应商的月度质量评估确保及时提供信息给采购部门便于供应商的改进 6. Tortilla product stickiness inspection, ensure product quality verification. 产品的黏连性检验确保产品品质的验证 7. Remain product samples management and samples information update ensure timely finding sample to trace and re-check product quality when needed. 留样品的管理和信息更新,确保需要时能找到样品对产品品质进行复核 8. III. EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 教育,技能和经验 1. Food science or related major, college degree. 食品科学或相关行业,大专学历. 2. Must have computer skills. 必须有计算机技能 3. Must have over 3 years work experiences on food industry QC or regulation affair, must be familiar with related requirements on food labeling rules and food additives regulations. 食品行业质量控制3年以上工作经验 4. Must have good communication skills. 必须有良好的沟通技巧 5. Able to read and speak English. 有英语读、说的能力。 6. 有食品和原料检验微生物检验经验,有检验证优先。 有化验员,检验员证优先。 此工作地点在佛山市三水区西南街道水都饮料基地。
