Responsibilities
80Receipt of Claims accounts from Insurance Companies.
80Validate overall terms (e.g., payment) and conditions prior to dispatching the Claims Application, and add appropriate special comments as needed for PO exceptions.
80Check Image Processing - Responsible for building and producing efficiency and detailed claims reports.
80Perform functions related to check.
80Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
80Graduation in college and above
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
80Specialty Insurance Claims knowledge preferred, insurance domain certification will be an added advantage
80Comfortable using multiple systems and interfaces
80Proactive communication & High analytical skills with ability to foresee issues and suggest solutions, with impactful data
80Excellent written & verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly in all levels within the organization.
80Claims assessment & adjudication experience desired.
