Roles & Responsibilities: Routine: 1. By answering the phone from Hong Kong, Macao, *** and overseas customers, complete the hotel/air ticket booking, cancellation, consultation and other information, answer the inquiries from customers. 2. Responsible for customer complaints, consulting support and other customer service assistance after customers use the service. Requirements: 1. High school education or above 2. Fluent in Chinese/Cantonese, can speak English as a working language 3. Good communication skills and customer service awareness 4. Working experience in customer service in any international setting is highly preferable.
