岗位要求：
- Regular report preparation and Work closely with the accounting team to ensure the accuracy of financial data and financial statements.
- Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews.
- Analyze financial data, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization.
- Budget data preparation support to BU Group finance team and FP&A team.

任职要求：
Candidate qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting
- Proven work experience as an Assistant Finance Manager, Financial Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, analysis, and management accounting principles.
- Proficient in the use of financial management software.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience creating reports and presentations.
- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a strategic mindset.
- Professional certification like CPA/CIMA/ACCA
- Excellent language skill in Cantonese and English
