The Contract and Office Manager position is part of the Product Sourcing Controlling organization that has the overall responsibility and accountability for understanding and communicating the Product Sourcing controlling functions. You will engage with various key stakeholders from Sourcing, legal and Business Areas for timely provision of needed inputs and reports related to the contract management for the OEM suppliers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
61 In charge of managing product sourcing contracts with external suppliers. 61 Main responsibilities on Contract management: o Maintaining and monitoring a contract management system. o Aiding in the preparation and presentation of contract KPIs and status updates. o Overseeing contract performance and ensuring compliance after signing. o Overseeing both historical and current contracts while managing user access in Ariba o Tracking contract status with sourcing teams. o Reviewing terms and conditions in collaboration with legal. o Centralizing contract templates and promoting timely contract completion. o Engaging with PL and BA stakeholders on approval process. o Verifying and maintaining POA/PLI with the OEM suppliers. o Reviewing contracts to ensure compliance with different signatory requirements o Coordinating signature arrangements accordingly to the local requirements based on the signing entity. o Facilitating the delivery and collection of various type of contracts. 61 Accountable for supervising the overall administration and operations of the Shunde office.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED 61 University degree in business administration or related field 61 +6 years of related working experience, in controlling, contract management, legal or purchasing or sourcing department will be a plus 61 Experience in MS Office suite 61 Strong analyzing skills and self-organized, high level of autonomy 61 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 61 Good level of communication, committed to on-time reporting 61 Experience of working in a / within a multicultural, international environment 61 Comfortable in complex human networks, capable of efficient influence over non-hierarchical fellow 61 Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow professionally. 61 Proven track record in negotiating and managing contracts will be a plus
