Major Responsibilities :
- Achieve various business targets assigned by management by exploring mass affluent customer segments and providing a wide range of banking and wealth management products / services including Prestige, deposit, mortgage, structured products, insurance, remittance, e-banking, etc and other products / services launched by the Bank from time to time.
- Establish and strengthen relationship with existing Prestige customers to build and enlarge own Prestige customer portfolio by providing quality after-sales services, regular financial consulting service and regular new wealth management products / services updates, and encouraging MGM from existing customers.
- Provide excellent sales and services to maximize customer satisfaction by ensuring Prestige customers' orders are executed in a professional manner and their financial needs are satisfied (e.g. by communicating with relevant department to offer the customers customized products, etc).、
- Explore source of new high-net-worth customers and enhance loyalty of existing Prestige customers via participation in external high-end events / social gatherings, Outreaching Marketing Activities and tele-marketing activities, etc, as requested by superior from time to time.
- Ensure strict compliance with external regulations and internal policies / guidelines issued by HACN SSD, QAD, CMP, OPS, INA, etc during sales process and daily operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years' sales or customer service experience gained in the banking / financial industry and familiar with wealth management products / services.
- Sound knowledge of the regulations of PBOC, CBRC, SAFE and taxation.
- Strong self-motivation, outgoing personality and ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Willing to travel to HK frequently. hk
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese; with good knowledge of PC application software.
