工作职责: 1.Establish and maintain company quality system and manual according to industry and corporate standard. 2. Review and identify customers’ special requirements and ensure those requirements are met in our manufacturing process. 3. Set up quality target and objectives for both department and company level. 4. Coordinate in various quality audit organized by customers and/or other external organizations. 5. Provide control quality instruction for all process and collect and analyze quality records. 6. Provide quality reports and statistics as requested. 7. Handle customer complaints and work out action plans. 8. Provide technical support to production for defect product and waste reduction. 9. Provide strong support to process in a logic process failure feedback and of continuous improvement. 10. Qualify raw material and process suppliers and provide periodical audit to them. 11. Make sure all lab instruments and tools are available and calibrated in time. 12. Provide quality training to subordinates and other staff. 13. Provide coaching for subordinates and assess their performance
任职要求: 1. Bachelor Degree or above with at least 5 years Quality Assurance and Quality Control management experience, preferably in automobile industry. (30-45 years old); 2. Familiar with quality management system ISO9001 and TS16949 3. Able to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision and guidance; 4. Self initiated, high sense of responsibilty, good problem solving and decision making skills. 5. Good command of English both speaking and writing; 6. Good communication skills in dealing both with interanl and external customers.
