Job Descriptions: 1. Handle orders according to the requirements of company/customer via on-line ERP SYSTEM 2. Attend video conference and meeting with European customer 3. Handle and coordinate shipping CI and packing list with colleagues 4. Translate the requirements from customer and coordinate with Product Design Dept and Developing Dept. 5. Communicate with European company/customers daily 6. Handle weekly/monthly/yearly sales and shipping reports 7. Follow up payment plan between customers and our financial dept
Qualifications: 1. Excellent in spoken and written English. 2. At least 5 years working experience in related field, experience in a foreign owned trading company is a plus. 3. Experience in handling on-line ERP system 4. Excellent skills in MS EXCEL, PPT, etc. 5. Be able to read Product Technical Drawing
