Job Description ● Proactively communicate with overseas office on order follow-up and development workflow. ● Manage quotations, cost analysis and price negotiations between buyer and supplier. ● Flexible in managing projects under numerous categories including Household Appliances, Personal Care, LED Lighting and other household products. ● Work with our QA & Engineering team to highlight product expectations and requirements ● Actively provide creative input at all stages of our development process including: product design, prototype evaluation, sourcing & vendor selection, cost analysis, order processing, packaging design, product reliability testing, execution of compliance test plans with 3rd party labs, monitoring of production/delivery schedules, execute sound judgement of inspection reports for final shipment. ● Carry out market research to identify new development opportunities or trends ● Carry out visits to trade fairs or suppliers to enrich vendor portfolio
Job Requirement ● Minimum 1 year working experience in Merchandising / Project Management role ● Attention to detail and strong communication & analytical skills will be required ● Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel & Outlook) ● Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin ● Candidates with knowledge of US/European compliance directives and experience in new product development process is highly preferred.
