responsibilities/岗位职责:
1. Issue sales orders and confirm sales orders with customers/factories
发布销售订单，并与客户/工厂确认销售订单
2. Familiar with order follow workflow, mainly responsible for handling PI and shipping documents, make sea/air waybill and other related documents
熟悉订单跟进流程，主要负责处理运输单据，制作航空/航空货运单和其他相关文件
3. Maintain SAP and ERP system data to assist in tracking product orders and logistics
维护SAP和ERP系统数据，以协助跟踪产品订单和物流
4. Timely handle the communication and coordination among customers and factories and all departments of our company
及时处理客户、工厂和公司各部门之间的沟通与协调。

1. Good English reading and writing skills.
