主要职责：
1. To assist with quotation development/establish and maintain agreed scope and statements of work.
协助报价开发/建立和维护商定的工作范围和工作说明书
2. To plan and manage all project deliverables related to assigned projects.
计划和管理与指定项目相关的所有项目交付成果
3. To take the responsible for the execution of the Process House Time to Market (Ttm) for individual development programs in China. Perform gateway meeting to ensure the maturity of project and product
按Ttm项目管理程序，负责执行中国区的开发项目。召开节点会议，确保项目和产品的成熟度
4. To predict and resolve resource conflicts with functional managers.
预测并和职能经理一起解决资源冲突
5. To maintain P&L accountability and ownership with the use of program PCF's (Project Control Form), do monthly tracking with finance.
使用项目PCF（项目控制表）维护P&L，与财务部进行月度跟踪
6. To keep the contact-communicate with customer, and coordinate the open issues.
保持与客户的沟通，协调未解决的问题。
7. To generate team commitment and ensure APQP and simultaneous engineering principles are followed.
激发团队承诺，确保APQP和同步工程原则得到遵守
8. To execute LRR (Launch Readiness Review) process in cooperation with Operations management as projects transition to launch phase and start of production.
在项目过渡到启动阶段和开始生产时，与运营管理部门合作执行LRR（启动准备评审）过程。
9. To create, update project timing following customer and internal request & change
根据客户和内部要求和变更，创建、更新项目时间安排
10. To contact with customer for detailed request to Inalfa
明确客户对Inalfa提出的详细要求
11. To do information sharing and problem solution within the project team
在项目组内进行信息共享和问题解决
12. To get points or idea from lessons learned of other projects and also do summary of own projects
从其他项目的经验教训中获得要点或想法，并对自己的项目进行总结
13. To perform the role of the technical consultant at the customer, perform the interface function between all development departments of Inalfa roof systems to the customer.
履行客户技术顾问的职责，履行Inalfa天窗系统所有开发部门与客户之间的接口功能
14. To attend the internal & external Audit.
参加内外部审核
15. At the supervisor’s request, the employee must perform tasks that correspond to the type of the position or become necessary as a result of company operations.

12. Participate in the training of laws and regulations related to environment and occupational health and safety, relevant environmental protection ability and occupational health and safety ability; Abide by and implement the company's environmental and occupational health and safety related management regulations, and other environmental and occupational health and safety related matters.
参加环境及职业健康安全相关法律法规、相关环保能力及职业健康安全能力培训；遵守并执行公司环境及职业健康安全相关管理规定，涉及其它环境及职业健康安全的相关事项。
学历与经验
1. Bachelor or above in Automotive, industrial engineering or business administration, engineering background is preferred.
汽车、工业工程或工商管理专业本科以上学历，工程背景优先
2. Proficient command of the Mandarin, English language in both spoken and written, the second foreign language is a plus
精通普通话、英语口语和书面语，第二外语优先
3. The knowledge of project management methods, tools, PMP certification is a plus
熟悉项目管理方法、工具、PMP认证者优先
4. Excellence application of Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project etc.)

5. At least 3 years of project management with engineering, manufacturing, quality and purchasing, at international company or in Automotive industry will be a plus
