1.Made correspongding shipping documents,arranged space booking, container loading and transportation tracking ,and dealt with shipping expenses.
2.Tracking the whole process of cargo transportation ,assisting in dealing with customer complaints and other related problems.
3.Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
