Production Specialist, China

PanzerGlass03 is globally recognized as one of the leading brands in screen protection. As the Production Specialist, you will ensure that production and vendors are managed thoroughly to create continuous improvements.

Position Purpose

61 Enhance the production team of Supply Chain, bring more resources for the whole team to go deeper & more detailed in their work.
61 Ensure that production and vendors are being managed thoroughly and improved to better meet our requirements.
61 To better handle customized requirements of production.

Main responsibilities/tasks

61 Set effective and efficient plan of vendor management, improve suppliers’ performance by continuously modifying insufficient behaviors of suppliers and updating proper requirements to suppliers.
61 Optimize production process and production management by deeply study different methods at vendors, to improve delivery reliability and shorten production lead time.
61 Proactively identify risk level of new products and reach out to related departments to settle down contingency plan and to lower the production risk in advance.
61 Responsible for placing orders to suppliers by following our pricing and volume division strategy.
61 Improve cross-department workflows for smoother and more efficient work.
61 Responsible for data analytical and provide key department reports.
61 Participate in sourcing new suppliers, make sufficient supplier evaluations, and provide sourcing suggestions based on overall cost and performance.
61 Responsible for analyzing product costs and seeking cost reduction opportunities.
61 Coordinate with Project & QC team to conduct supplier audit and provide assessments for supplier production ability.
61 Participate in specific business projects, processes, and initiatives within the organization.
61 制定行之有效的供应商管理计划，主动发现并改善供应商的问题行为，不断更新对供应商的要求，来提升供应商的整体表现。
61 通过不断深入研究生产，优化产品的生产流程和生产管理，提高交付可靠性，缩短生产交付周期。
61 主动识别新产品生产风险，和相关部门共同制定应急计划，提前降低生产风险。
61 负责按照公司的定价及数量分配策略下单。
61 开发新的供应商，充分评估新供应商，并根据新供应商价格和总体表现提供采购建议。
61 负责进行产品成本分析，并寻求降低成本的机会。
61 与项目部门合作进行供应商审计，并对供应商的生产能力进行评估。
61 参与公司内的业务项目。

61 Bachelor’s degree
61 3 years of work experience in Supply Chain
61 Business fluent in English, oral & written
61 Vendor management expertise
61 Good communication skills
61 Strong sense of responsibility, patience, meticulous, strong execution, team player and positive work attitude
