- In cooperation with the BUs with team together: taking care of the implementation of strategic products in China market. - Manage the team to deliver the new product with creative concept & differentiation & competitiveness according the innovation pipeline, while optimize existing product, such as quality, packaging, cost etc. - Support customer visits, for business development, protection of business at risk. - Provide internal (sales, marketing, production…etc) & external (customer) technical support, such as ingredients knowledge training, product knowledge & application training, new product processing training…etc - Technical document preparation(hardcopy and E-version) & management in compliance with specified format & procedure, such as referred national regulation / standard, raw materials, formula, processing & related parameter, testing report, trial production report, QC test method, label information, ingredient cost, supplier information etc.
Requirements: - Education:Food Science / Flour / Specialty Fat background, bachelor degree is necessary, master or above will be welcome - Experience:with related working expereience will be prefered - Technical knowledge/skill: formulation, online prcessing experience, raw materials, packaging materials, related legislation, computer skill..etc - Language:fluent english in reading & writing & speaking & listening - Soft skill: - Be with creative, business & market & customer orientation mindset - Team player, with proactive attitude to serve and support - Good communication & presentation skill
