职位描述
Key Responsibilities
Processes purchases orders daily
Souring items for new projects
Works with suppliers to insure accurate lead-times and supplier stocking plans
Assumes ownership of assigned commodities and managing supplier relationships
Manage metrics for purchasing and supplier performance
Resourcing for improvements in cost, quality and delivery
Consolidation of suppliers, where possible
Work to support corporate Strategic Sourcing initiatives
Process requests for quotes
Expedite deliveries, as needed
Other duties as assigned
Requirement
College degree or equivalent in education and experience
Proficiency with of MS Office
Excellent organizational skills
Be able to multi-task, prioritize and handle a full workload
Be a team player
Good problem solving skills
Knowledge and experience of purchasing and in a purchasing environment
English fluent
Negotiation skills
Minimal knowledge of procurement/sourcing
Familliar with cosmetics packaging product such as pump,bottle,cap etc.
- 专科以上学历;
- 了解外贸采购跟单的全部过程；
- 熟练使用office办公软件，例如excel，outlook等;
- 良好的沟通和协调能力，富有责任心；
- 精通英语读写，能和美国同事进行通畅的交流，邮件为主；
- 拥有化妆品包材产品如塑料瓶，泵头等工作经验的优先。
-与供应商和工厂沟通并跟踪订单进度，协商和解决样板、生产、交期、货运、交付、货款等问题。
-与美国团队的订沟通并提供相关信息，沟通订单问题和解决问题。
