1. Responsible for new project， new technology and new process(such as IHR/IHE/PVC),and responsible for new project advance manufacturing study, new production line and upgrade line design, feasibility analysis and NPI jobs ect.. 负责新项目、新技术和新工艺的研究(例如IHR、IHE和PVC)，负责新项目前期工艺策划、新产线和改造线等设计、可行性分析和新产线导入等工作。
2. Contribute to manage budgets (labor efficiency, BOL, process warrant cost, error proofing, operational quality, OEE, etc…);
协助主管管理制造工程预算(劳动效率，提单，工艺保证成本，防错，操作质量，OEE等);
3. Define and manage investments and process cost for new and or existing projects (CAPEX)
定义和管理新项目和现有项目的投资和过程成本(资本支出);
4. Assure production processes are executed according defined SOP, procedures and 5S discipline;
确保生产过程按照规定的SOP，程序和5S要求执行;
5. Contribute to resolution of Non conformities;
协助解决审核的不符合项;
6. Review of the Value stream Map based on production planning and optimize the flow and line balancing accordingly;
根据生产计划回顾价值流图，并相应地优化流程和生产线平衡;
7. Document standardized work instructions and temporary Rework Instructions (including document control);
文件标准化作业指导书和临时返工指导书(包括文件控制);
8. Evaluate material and product packaging;
评估材料和产品包装;
9. Co-define and optimize Control plan for Maintenance;
与质量工程师和产品工程师一起共同定义和优化维护控制计划;
10. Participate on 8D and problem solving;
参与8D活动和推动问题解决;
11. Participate on machine trouble shooting;
参与机器故障的排除;
12. Set, monitor and evaluate Process Parameters and Product Parameters (Capability study, trend monitoring and implementation of corrective and preventive actions);
设定、监控和评估工艺参数和产品参数(能力研究、趋势监控和纠正预防措施的实施);
13. Provide/modify process documentation for product and process changes (including update of process FMEA, Control Plan and internal required documents and customer required documents);
提供/修改产品和过程变更的过程文件(包括过程FMEA、控制计划和内部所需文件及客户所需文件的更新);
14. Other tasks assigned by superiors;
